The fully automatic Fritsch PA 510 is used for assembling. The wide range of chips, FP components and BGAs allow even the most complex projects to be produced flexibly. Possible are chips 0201 to fine pitch 80 × 80 mm and pitch 0.4 mm, BGAs, CSPs, μBGAs, QFNs and special components such as connectors, wired LEDs, etc.
